About modification of the Procedure for issue of veterinary documents

1. Bring in the Procedure for issue of veterinary documents approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 21, 2013 No. 857 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 92, Art. 3401; 2015, No. 91, Art. 3084; 2016, No. 4, Art. 239, No. 82, Art. 2705), following changes:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 2 of the word "About Safety and Quality of Foodstuff" "About the basic principles and requirements to safety and quality of foodstuff";

2) in item 4:

state paragraph two in the following edition:

"Head departments of Gosprodpotrebsluzhby in areas and the city of Kiev;";

the fifth after the words "Veterinary References" to add the paragraph with the words "and veterinary and sanitary passports of animals";

Shall be replaced with words 3) in Item 10 of the word of "regional service of the state veterinary health control and supervision on frontier and transport" "or the authorized doctor of veterinary medicine".

2. This resolution becomes effective in 30 days from the date of its publication.
