1. This Procedure determines the procedure of issue to legal entities and physical persons - to entrepreneurs for movement of animals, products of animal origin, other subjects to the state veterinary health control and supervision, veterinary documents, refusal in their issue and cancellation of such documents.
Issue (refusal in issue, renewal, cancellation) veterinary documents is performed according to the Law of Ukraine "About authorization system in the field of economic activity" taking into account the features determined by the Law of Ukraine "About veterinary medicine"
2. In this Procedure terms are used in the value given in the laws of Ukraine "About veterinary medicine" and "About the basic principles and requirements to safety and quality of foodstuff".
3. Subjects to the state veterinary health control and supervision are followed by such veterinary documents:
the international veterinary certificates (for the CIS countries - veterinary certificates of form No. 1, 2 and 3) - when moving out of limits of Ukraine;
