About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Make changes which are applied to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Changes which are made to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. No. 1152 after the words "the check point through frontier of Ukraine" to add the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 1993 with the word "Dnieper".

2. In appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 20, 1995 No. 198 "About implementation of environmental control at check points through frontier" (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1995, No. 6, Art. 143; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, No. 28, of the Art. 96) of the word "Dnipropetrovsk Airport", "Ilyichevsk Sea Trade Port", "Ilyichevsk Fish Port" shall be replaced with words Dnieper, "The Black Sea seaport", "The Black Sea fish port".

3. Item 1 of the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 27, 1999 No. 482 (1999, 21, the Art. 973) to state the Official Bulletin of Ukraine to No. in the following edition:

"1. Open the seaport water area Chernomorsk for calling of foreign not public vessels and the check point through frontier of Ukraine "The Black Sea seaport" in this port for the international sea and ferry connection.".
