Procedure for informing owners (co-owners) of the building by the operator of external engineering networks on intention of installation of node of commercial accounting

1. This Procedure determines general requirements and the mechanism of informing owners (co-owners) of the building by the operator of external engineering networks on intention of installation of node of commercial accounting.

2. In this Procedure terms are used in the value given in the Laws of Ukraine "About commercial accounting of heat energy and water supply", "About features of implementation of the property right in the apartment house".

3. The operator of external engineering networks at least in two months prior to installation of node of commercial accounting reports to owners (co-owners) of the building about intention to establish such node in form according to appendix (further - the notification).

4. The notification is brought to the attention of owners (co-owners) of the building by placement:

on the official website of the operator of external engineering networks, and in case of lack of such website - on the official website of local government body;
