2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies of March 23, 2005 No. 93-OD "About approval of Rules of approval of temporary decreasing coefficients to rates (the prices, rates of charges) for water transportation services on bulk distribution lines and (or) channels" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 3536);
