About modification of Item 19 of Rules of maintaining the register of the agreements signed by customers by results of purchase

1. Item 19 of Rules of maintaining the register of the agreements signed by customers by results of purchase approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 31, 2014 No. 1132 "About procedure for maintaining the register of the agreements signed by customers by results of purchase" (Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 45, Art. 6225), to state in the following edition:

"19. Information and documents included in the register are public, except for:

a) information and documents specified in subitems "zh", "z", "l" and "m" of Item 2 of these rules, access to which is provided:

To Federal Antimonopoly Service (its territorial subdivisions);

To Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation, control and calculating bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation, control and calculating bodies of municipalities, the Federal Treasury according to powers, stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation, when implementing of actions for control by them concerning the purchases performed by budgetary institutions, autonomous organizations, the state (municipal) unitary enterprises;

b) information and documents specified in subitems "e" and "k" of Item 2 of these rules, access to which is provided:

to the bodies specified in the subitem "an" of this Item;

to the "Federal Corporation on Development of Small and Medium Entrepreneurship" joint-stock company performing activities as institute of development in the field of small and medium entrepreneurship according to the Federal Law "About Development of Small and Medium Entrepreneurship in the Russian Federation".".
