1. Approve the enclosed Rules of maintaining the register of the agreements signed by customers by results of purchase.

2. Determine that:

information and documents on agreement purchases, concluded later January 1, 2015 are subject to inclusion in the register of the agreements signed by customers by results of purchase;

before commissioning of unified information system in the field of purchases placement of the specified register is performed on the official site of the Russian Federation on the Internet for placement of information on order placement on deliveries of goods, performance of works and rendering services;

subitem provisions "д (2)", paragraphs of the fourth and fifth subitem "z" of Item 2 of the Rules approved by this resolution are not applied till April 1, 2023.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2015, except for subitems "zh", "z", "l" and "m" of Item 2 of the Rules approved by this resolution regarding inclusion of documents in the register of the agreements signed by results of purchase which are becoming effective since January 1, 2016.
