About rates of the excise tax on the excise goods made in the Republic of Tajikistan and imported into the Republic of Tajikistan

According to article 57 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" and article 285 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Tajikistan the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve rates of the excise tax on the separate goods made in the Republic of Tajikistan and imported into the Republic of Tajikistan (appendix 1).

1(1). Approve rates of the excise tax on the final goods imported into the Republic of Tajikistan (appendix 2).

2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to inform Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on adoption of this resolution.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of February 15, 2014, No. 102 "About approval of rates of the excise tax on the separate goods made in the Republic of Tajikistan and imported on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan".
