1. Approve Changes in Regulations on Head department of Public service of Ukraine on safety issues of foodstuff and consumer protections in the area, in the city of Kiev, approved by the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of April 12, 2017 No. 209, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 13, 2017 for No. 604/30472, which are applied.

2. To provide to department of agrarian policy and agricultural industry in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
