1. Declare invalid the order of the State agency of Ukraine on investments and innovations of October 23, 2008 No. 88 "About approval of the Procedure for forming and use of means of the State innovative financial credit institute", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 13, 2008 for No. 1104/15795.
2. To legal department (Savchuk E. L.) submit this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
