1. Approve the Procedure for forming and use of means of the State innovative financial credit institute which is applied.
2. (V. Volodin) in accordance with the established procedure to submit to legal department the order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To provide to organizational analysis department (Yu. Lupenko) publication of this order in mass media and on the official website of the State agency of Ukraine on investments and innovations.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman V. Zagorodnego.
