Based on subitem 1.6 of Item 1 of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2004 "About technical regulation and standardization" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 262-Z
1. Approve the technical regulation of the Republic of Belarus "Means of telecommunication. Safety" (is applied) (TP 2018/024/BY) (further – the technical regulation) and to enact it since January 1, 2019.
2. Determine that the documents on assessment of conformity of means of telecommunication issued (accepted) in National system confirmations of conformity of the Republic of Belarus about day of enforcement of the technical regulation are valid before the termination of term of their action.
3. To the Ministry of Communications and Informatization:
3.1. in coordination with the State committee on standardization not later than thirty calendar days about day of enforcement of the technical regulation to approve the list of the state standards interconnected with the technical regulation as a result of which use on voluntary basis observance of requirements of the technical regulation is provided and to provide its permanent updating;
3.2. grant the right to explain questions of application of the technical regulation.
