1. Approve Regulations on procedure for issue of recommendations for arrival of children of the military personnel and the staff of the ministries and departments which are part of Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan for study in the highest educational institutions of the republic on quota basis according to appendix.
2. Determine that recommendations are issued:
to the acting officers, contract servicemen of sergeant and ordinary structure of the ministries (departments) which are part of Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan and employees of National guard, who made worthy contribution to strengthening of defense capability of the country achieved certain results in office and fighting and scientific activities according to petitions of direct commanders (chiefs) for arrival of their children in the highest educational institutions;
to children of officers, contract servicemen of sergeant and ordinary structures of the ministries and departments which are part of Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the employees of National guard who died in case of fulfillment of duties of military service (service duties) and also the become persons with disability owing to wound, contusion, mutilation or disease in case of fulfillment of duties of military service (service duties).
