About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on protection of monuments No. 1530/1993 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 15-17, 23), with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following changes:

1. In Article 5 of the word "libraries of Academy of Sciences and" to replace with the word of "library".

Art. "Art. 30. - Scientific research in the field of livestock production and forage production is performed according to the National program in areas of researches and innovations.".

Art. IV. - In the Law on botanical gardens No. 105/2005 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 104-106, 494), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In part (3) Article 3 and part (3) Article 4 of the word "Academies of Sciences of Moldova" shall be replaced with words "The Ministries of Education, culture and researches".
