Approve the enclosed Administrative regulations of the Federal Service of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation on provision of the state service in issue to the citizen of the Russian Federation of the license for acquisition of gas guns, revolvers, alarm weapon, the cold bladed weapon intended for carrying with national suits of the people of the Russian Federation or the Cossack form and also licenses for acquisition of the separate model of military cold bladed weapon (dirk) inherited in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation <2>.
