According to Articles 6, 8 Laws of Ukraine "About Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine", for the purpose of streamlining of question of compensation payments to the military personnel of Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine, to persons, dismissed from service in Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine, and to members of their families order:
1. Item 2 of the Section III of the Instruction on compensation payments to the military personnel of Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine, to persons, dismissed from service in Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine, and to members of their families approved by the order of Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine of December 6, 2017 No. 419, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 2, 2018 at No. 9/31461 (with changes) to state in the following edition:
"2. The monetary compensation is paid to the military personnel in the place of military service according to their statement (official report) addressed to the head of the structural unit (person fulfilling its duties, position) based on the order of the Chairman of SVRU, chiefs of 7 and 8 managements of 1 management 2 departments 55 Center and the rector of Institute of SVRU at which the size of monetary compensation based on the certificate of the cost of the ware property ought to issue is specified.".
2. To provide to legal management of Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
