2. Determine that:
date of inclusion of the territory which earlier technologically was not connected with Power pool system of Russia and technologically isolated territorial electric utility systems and on which objects of electric grid economy, acts of technological accession to networks of Power pool system of Russia concerning which are signed in 2017, are located in structure of the territories united in price zones of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity, is on September 1, 2018;
the price of the capacity of the generating objects functioning in the specified territory delivered in the forced mode applied from September 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018 (inclusive) is established by the Government of the Russian Federation.
3. To Federal Antimonopoly Service till August 1, 2018 to bring in the composite balance estimation of production and deliveries of electrical energy (capacity) within Power pool system of Russia on subjects of the Russian Federation for 2018 changes in part of determination since September 1, 2018 of forecast scopes of supply (purchase) of electrical energy and capacity in the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity in the territory specified in the paragraph the second Item 2 of this resolution.
