WE ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for control of observance of Licensed conditions of implementation of the economic activity connected with trade catch of fish on trade sites of fishery reservoirs except internal reservoirs (ponds) of farms which is applied.
2. To inspection department and authorization system Gospredprinimatelstva of Ukraine (Apatenko O. P.) and to State department of fishery of the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine (Alimov S. I.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To provide to State department of fishery of the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine the publication of this order in mass media.
