According to the Laws of Ukraine of 19.10.2000 N 2063-III "About the state support of small business" and of 21.12.2000 N2157-III "About the National Program of Assistance to Development of Small Business in Ukraine"

I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for use by the Ukrainian fund of support of entrepreneurship of the means provided on development of entrepreneurship in Ukraine it (is applied).

2. Abolish the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship of 06.10.1998 of N 25-f "About Regulations on procedure for use by the Ukrainian fund of support of entrepreneurship of the means provided on development of entrepreneurship in Ukraine" (with changes and amendments).

3. To the vice-chairman Futoransky Yu. M. submit this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

4. The order becomes effective in 10 days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

5. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
