2. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship of 07.04.2003 No. 41 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for use by the Ukrainian fund of support of entrepreneurship of the means provided on development of entrepreneurship in Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 14.04.2003 for No. 300/7621.
3. Babiya R. V. to submit to the director of the department of legal and legislative work this order to five-day time in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
4. The order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
