1. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship of September 27, 2010 No. 303 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for use by the Ukrainian fund of support of entrepreneurship of the means provided on development of entrepreneurship in Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 9, 2010 at No. 1238/18533.
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of the state regulatory policy and development of entrepreneurship submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff.
