About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About the Federal Budget for 2018 and for Planning Period of 2019 and 2020"
Accepted by the State Duma on June 21, 2018
Approved by the Federation Council on June 27, 2018
Bring in the Federal Law of December 5, 2017 No. 362-FZ "About the federal budget for 2018 and for planning period of 2019 and 2020" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 50, the Art. 7533) the following changes:
1) regarding 1 Article 1:
a) in paragraph one of the word "in the amount of the 97th 462, one billion rubles" shall be replaced with words "in the amount of the 98th 234, 0 billion rubles", the words "percent 4,0" shall be replaced with words "percent 2,8";
b) in Item 1 of the word "in the amount 15 257 805 147, thousand rubles" shall be replaced with words "in the amount 17 072 888 495, 2 thousand rubles", shall be replaced with words the words "in the amount 527 572 503, 7 thousand rubles" "in the amount 2 739 806 017, 1 thousand rubles";

Determine that the "State-owned Transportation Leasing Company" public joint stock company has the right to use means of unused fee in the authorized capital of the "State-owned Transportation Leasing Company" public joint stock company provided by appendix 33 to the Federal Law of December 19, 2016 No. 415-FZ "About the federal budget for 2017 and for planning period of 2018 and 2019" for the purpose of providing the mechanism of maintenance of sales of aircrafts Il-96-400M in the amount of 4 000 000, of 0 thousand rubles for the purpose of replenishment of the park of aircrafts of airlines according to the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation.";
