1. Approve Regulations on the list and requirements concerning form and content of documents which are provided by the operating organization for receipt of licenses for activities at specific stage of lifecycle of storage for burial of radioactive waste which is applied.
2. To provide to the head of department of regulation of safety of the treatment of radioactive waste of Department of nuclear regulation Bykov V. O. provision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of the order "About Approval of the Regulations on the List and Requirements concerning Form and Content of Documents Which Are Provided by the Operating Organization for Receipt of Licenses for Activities at Specific Stage of Lifecycle of Storage for Burial of Radioactive Waste".
