About approval of the Regulations on the Advisory committee on transport and infrastructure

According to Items 7 and 44of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix №1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the Advisory committee on transport and infrastructure.

2. Declare invalid Item 2 of the Decision of Board of the Euroasian economic commission of June 7, 2012 №70 "About the Advisory committee on transport and infrastructure".

3. Ask the governments of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union to submit in the Eurasian economic commission within 15-day term from the date of the introduction of this Decision owing to the candidate for inclusion in structure of Advisory committee for transport and infrastructure.

4. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

Regulations on the Advisory committee on transport and infrastructure

I. General provisions

1. The advisory committee on transport and infrastructure (further – Committee) is created under Board of the Euroasian economic commission (further – the Commission) according to Items 7 and 44of the Regulations on the Euroasian economic commission (appendix № 1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) for the purpose of preparation of offers and recommendations for the Commission on questions of transport and infrastructure.
