About modification of Storage precautions, protection, uses and disclosures of bank secrecy

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for storage, protection, use and disclosure of bank secrecy the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Storage precautions, protection, uses and disclosures of bank secrecy approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 14, 2006 No. 267 (with changes) registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 3, 2006 at No. 935/12809, such changes:

Paragraph two of Item 2.2 of Chapter 2 after words National Bank of Ukraine to add 1) with words to "the authorized state bodies and persons determined by part one of article 62 of the Law on banks";

2) in Chapter 3:

to state the paragraph of the eighth of Item 3.3 in the following edition:

"Banks provide information concerning account transactions of specific legal entity or physical person, physical person subject of business activity for specific period upon the demand of the authorized state bodies and persons determined by part one of article 62 of the Law on banks about provision of such information in paper or electronic type according to the requirements stated in annex to these rules";

to exclude paragraph two of Item 3.5;

3) in table 1 of the Section I of appendix to Storage precautions, protection, uses and disclosures of bank secrecy the note to exclude.

2. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
