About measures for increase in efficiency of use of water resources
In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 17, 2018 No. PP-3672 "About measures for the organization of activities of the Ministry of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan", and also for the purpose of enhancement of economic mechanisms of ensuring economical and rational use of water resources:
1. Establish since October 1, 2018 tax rates for use of water resources according to appendix.
2. To the ministry of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on ecology and environmental protection. The state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on geology and mineral resources in two weeks to develop and approve package of measures for carrying out till October 1, 2018 of inventory count of users of water resources.
3. To the Ministry of Finance together with the Ministry of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other interested ministries and departments within forming of parameters of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2019 critically to review tax rates for use of water resources for all categories of taxpayers.
4. Recognize invalid the paragraph the tenth Item 3 of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 29, 2017 as No. PP-3454 "About the forecast of the main macroeconomic indicators and parameters of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2018", and also appendix No. 13 to it.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the Minister of Finance D. A. Kuchkarov and the minister of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. R. Hamrayev.
