According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 16, 2017 the No. UP-5241 "About Measures for Cardinal Enhancement of Payment Discipline in the field of Rendering Services of Water Supply and Water Disposal" Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make change and additions to the Regulations on the Ministry of housing-and-municipal servicing of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of June 2, 2017 No. 340 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2017, No. 6, the Art. 87), according to appendix.
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzbekiston temir yullari A. Zh. Ramatov and the minister of housing-and-municipal servicing of the Republic of Uzbekistan M. H. Saliyev.
