About approval of the description of official stamp of the state registrar and descriptions and samples of stamps of the state registrar

For the purpose of fulfillment of requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical persons entrepreneurs", established by Article part four 6, Article part two 7, Article part fifteen 9, Article part six 25, Article part fourteen 29, Article 31, Article part ten 36, Article part four 41, part of the seventeenth Article 47, Article part four 52,

I ORDER:

1. Approve the description of official stamp of the state registrar which is attached.

2. Approve descriptions of stamps for drawing by the state registrar marks in documents when carrying out registration actions which are applied.

3. To department of registration and licensing of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurships (Efremov O. V.):

a) in five-day time to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

b) organize the order and production of stamp seals of the state registrars;

c) organize the order and production of stamps of the state registrars on:

carrying out state registration of the legal entity (in pursuance of part six of article 25 of the Law);

carrying out state registration of changes to constituent documents of the legal entity (in pursuance of part fourteen of article 29 of the Law);
