1. Add with Item 19 (1) the following content:
"19(1). In case of annulment of marriage between spouses, one of whom is participant of the State program, and another - the member of the family of the participant of the State program, and recovery by the participant of the State program of premarital surname for replacement of the certificate its owner in addition to the documents specified in Item 19 of these rules represents the copy of the certificate on annulment of marriage with presentation of the original document.
