To perform financing of the expenses connected with production of forms of the certificate of the participant of the State program on rendering assistance to voluntary resettlement to the Russian Federation compatriots, living abroad at the expense of the funds of the federal budget allocated for implementation of the specified Program.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2007.
