About modification of the Instruction about business trip of the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

According to Item 13 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 2, 2011 "About the amounts and structure of expenses of government employees, and also other persons sent to business trip by the companies, organizations and the organizations which fully or partially contain (are financed) No. 98 by budgetary funds" and for the purpose of determination of features of the direction in business trip of the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine I order:

1. Bring in the Instruction about business trip of the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine of February 20, 2017 No. 105, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 16, 2017 for No. 364/30232, such changes:

Paragraph two of Item 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Action of this Instruction does not extend to the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine which are directed to sports competitions, educational training camps, psychological recovery or medico-psychological recovery.";

The paragraph of the eighth of Item 22 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Participations of the military personnel in anti-terrorist operations, in actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression;".

2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
