About approval of the Instruction about business trips of the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
According to Item 13 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 02, 2011 "About the amounts and structure of expenses of government employees, and also other persons sent to business trip by the companies, organizations and the organizations which fully or partially contain (are financed) No. 98 by budgetary funds" and for the purpose of determination of features of the direction in business trip of the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine I order:
1. Approve the Instruction about business trips of the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine which is attached.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Defence of Ukraine of August 29, 2011 No. 530 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for compensation by the serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine of expenses on official journeys within Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 22, 2011 on No. 1115/19853 (with changes).
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

1. This Instruction determines features of the direction of the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in business trip within Ukraine and the expense recovery mechanism.
Action of this Instruction does not extend to the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine which are directed to sports competitions, educational training camps, psychological recovery or medico-psychological recovery.
