Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 11, 2017 No. 449 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out psychophysiological research using polygraph in the State bureau of investigations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 57, the Art. 1679) and of December 20, 2017 No. 1069 "About approval of the Standard procedure for holding open tender for appointment to positions in the State bureau of investigations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 4, the Art. 163) changes which are applied.

1. According to the procedure of carrying out psychophysiological research using polygraph in the State bureau of investigations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 11, 2017 No. 449 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 57, the Art. 1679):
1) in Item 2:
in paragraph three of the word "tender committee which holds competition on occupation of the corresponding position" to exclude;
to add the paragraph of the seventh after words of "specialists of polygraph" with words ", and in the case provided by this Procedure - has also the admission to the state secret";
