1. Approve enclosed:
changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

Determine that in 2019 the primenyayutsyastavka of payment for negative impact on the environment approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 13, 2016 No. 913 "About rates of payment for negative impact on the environment and additional coefficients", established for 2018 with use in addition to other coefficients of coefficient of 1,04.
3. Recommend to the executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation performing state regulation of rates, or local government bodies, performing regulation of rates in case of transfer of appropriate authority the law of the subject of the Russian Federation to bring into 2-month time decisions on establishment of rates in the field of the address with solid utility waste to compliance with this resolution.
4. This resolution is applied to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2018.
