Recommend to the executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation performing state regulation of rates, or local government bodies, performing regulation of rates in case of transfer of appropriate authority the law of the subject of the Russian Federation to bring into 2-month time decisions on establishment of rates in the field of the address with solid utility waste to compliance with this resolution.

4. This resolution is applied to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2018.
