About approval of Changes in the Procedure for realization of distrained property
According to part two of article 61 of the Law of Ukraine "About enforcement proceeding", No. 212 "Some questions of realization of distrained property by carrying out the electronic biddings" I order to Item 3 of the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 11, 2015:
1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for realization of distrained property approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of September 29, 2016 No. 2831/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 30, 2016 for No. 1301/29431, which are applied.
2. Approve the approximate agreement on provision of agency services which is attached.
3. Approve the approximate agreement about provision of partner services which is attached.
4. Temporarily before transfer of function of administration of the central database of electronic trading system to other subject of managing accomplishment of functions of the administrator of the central database of electronic trading system is assigned to the organizer of the electronic biddings. The announcement of transfer of function of the administrator of the central database of electronic trading system will be promulgated on the website of realization of property.
5. To the state company to "SETS" together with Department of the public executive service of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this order to take measures for ensuring implementation of this order.
