About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About fauna"

Article 1. ZR-52 "About fauna" to add part 1 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of April 3, 2000 with the Item "i.1-i.3" of the following content:
"and. 1) approval of the guidelines manual on maintaining the inventory of fauna;
and. 2) approval of templates of the agreement and request for use of objects of fauna in the agricultural and industrial purposes;
and. 3) approval of commitment forms and the usage agreement of types of wild animals in the territory of the Republic of Armenia in the social purposes (amateur hunting and fishery, hunting for animals, not being object of fishery and hunting.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
