About approval of the Regulations on boundary regime in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. Approve Regulations on boundary regime in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. To the territorial commissions under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and khokimiyats of areas concerning delimitation, demarcations and redemarkation of Frontier of the Republic of Uzbekistan, to the solution of border problems, counteraction of illegal migration, illegal import to the territory of the republic of goods and counterfeit products (further - the territorial commissions) till October 1, 2018 to determine:
according to administrative-territorial state system the list of areas, cities, settlements, kishlaks, auls, railway stations, airports and other objects in the territory of which the border area is established;
on the area borderland limits from the line of Frontier of the Republic of Uzbekistan depending on physiographic conditions and land relief.
3. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas, the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on land resources, geodesy, cartography and the state inventory following the results of work of the territorial commissions till January 15, 2019:
provide performance of works on graphical display of borderland and border area on all extent of Frontier of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the explanatory note and provide materials to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan for approval;
