About approval of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out the electronic biddings on realization of objects of state-owned property and provision in lease of state-owned property
According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 22, 2018 No. 209 "About measures for implementation of the electronic biddings in case of realization and provision in lease of the state assets", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for privatization of objects of state-owned property, increase in efficiency of mechanisms and procedures of their realization, and also ensuring publicity and transparency when implementing transactions with objects of state-owned property the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for preparation of materials for carrying out the electronic biddings on realization of objects of state-owned property and provision in lease of state-owned property according to appendix.
2. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on investments S. R. Holmuradov and the chairman of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on assistance to the privatized companies and development of the competition of R. A. Gulyamov.
