About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation regulating questions of provision and fixing of quotas of production (catch) of water biological resources for the investment purposes

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the acts of the Government of the Russian Federation regulating questions of provision and fixing of quotas of production (catch) of water biological resources for the investment purposes.

2. This resolution becomes effective since April 1, 2018, except for the subitem "an" of Item of 3 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes which are made to the acts of the Government of the Russian Federation regulating questions of provision and fixing of quotas of production (catch) of water biological resources for the investment purposes

1. In the list of types of water biological resources in certain areas of production (catch) of water biological resources concerning which the rights to production (catch) of water biological resources are granted and also the quota for the investment purposes, No. 764-r approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 20, 2017 is allocated (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 18, the Art. 2817):

a) state Item 10 in the following edition:
