1. Bring in Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12-is (private housing construction) "The report on the individual apartment houses built by the population", the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of National Statistical Committee of August 10, 2016 No. 110 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 12-is (private housing construction) "The report on the individual apartment houses built by the population" and instructions for its filling" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 07.09. 2016, 7/3544), following changes:
in part one of Item 6 of the word "and also about extensions and superstructures to earlier built individual apartment houses which are in private property of citizens" shall be replaced with words "and also about the reconstructed individual apartment houses, including data on extensions and superstructures";
to state part one of Item 13 in the following edition:
"13. On line 01 in column 4 actual cost accepted in operation of the individual apartment houses finished with construction with non-residential constructions is reflected in the house adjoining territory, and also costs for reconstruction of individual apartment houses (including extensions, superstructures) and re-equipment of non-residential premises in residential.".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 24, 2019.
