Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 3, 2017 No. 254

1. State Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. Determine that:

the paragraph two of Item 7 and Item 18 Governed, approved by this resolution, become effective since January 1, 2018;

provisions of the Rules approved by this resolution regarding storage precautions of the record of the act of civil status converted (transformed) into form of an electronic document and also regarding use of federal state information system of maintaining the Unified state register of civil registrations become effective since October 1, 2018".

2. In Translation rules in electronic form of books of state registration of acts of civil status (assembly books) approved by the specified resolution:

a) add Item 1 with words ", and also procedure for storage of the record of the act of civil status converted (transformed) into form of an electronic document";

b) add Item 5 with the paragraph of the following content:

"The civil registrations constituted till April 1, 2015 to which in the procedure provided by the Federal Law "About Acts of Civil Status" changes, corrections or marks are made are subject to converting (transformation) to form of an electronic document when entering into them of the specified changes, corrections or marks.";
