About approval of Translation rules in electronic form of books of state registration of acts of civil status (assembly books)

1. Approve the enclosed Translation rules in electronic form of books of state registration of acts of civil status (assembly books).

2. Determine that concerning application of the Rules approved by this resolution the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation gives explanations.

3. Determine that:

the paragraph two of Item 7 and Item 18 Governed, approved by this resolution, become effective since January 1, 2018;

provisions of the Rules approved by this resolution regarding storage precautions of the record of the act of civil status converted (transformed) into form of an electronic document and also regarding use of federal state information system of maintaining the Unified state register of civil registrations become effective since October 1, 2018.
