Add Rules of decision making about preparation and realization of budget investments in the objects of state-owned property of the Russian Federation by budget funds of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 8, 2014 No. 419 "About approval of Rules of decision making about preparation and realization of budget investments in objects of state-owned property of the Russian Federation by budget funds of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 20, the Art. 2530), Item 12 of the following content:
"12. Based on the decisions approved according to these rules the governing body of Fund creates investing program of Fund for the next financial year and planning period and approves it in 2 weeks time from the date of signing by the President of the Russian Federation of the Federal Law on the budget of Fund for the next financial year and planning period.".
