About approval of Changes in Regulations on procedure for transfer of apartments (houses), premises in hostels in property of citizens
According to the Law of Ukraine of April 5, 2017 to No. 1999-VIII "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning ensuring realization of housing laws of inhabitants of hostels", to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 30, 2014 No. 197, and for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with the current legislation I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on procedure for transfer of apartments (houses), premises in hostels in property of citizens approved by the order of the Ministry of questions of housing and communal services of Ukraine of December 16, 2009 No. 396, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 29, 2010 for No. 109/17404, which are applied.
2. To department of life support systems and housing policies (Tokarenko V. V.) together with Legal department (Chepelyuk A. V.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Kruglyak of E.B.
