According to the Laws of Ukraine "About privatization of the state housing stock", "About ensuring realization of housing laws of residents of hostels", Regulations on the Ministry of the questions of housing and communal services approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 12.05.2007 No. 717, and for the purpose of reduction in compliance with the legislation of own regulatory legal acts I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for transfer of apartments (houses), premises in hostels in property of citizens it (is applied).
2. And housing policies (Yu.D.Sudnikov) and to Legal management (I. I. Krylov) to provide to strategic development department this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. The order of the State committee of Ukraine on housing and communal services of 15.09.92 No. 56 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for transfer of apartments (houses) to property of citizens" (with the changes made according to Goszhilkommunkhoz's order of 05.08.94 No. 72, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 23.08.94 for No. 201/411) to declare invalid.
4. To strategic development department and housing policies (Yu.D.Sudnikov) to bring this order to the attention of Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations for use in work and further bringing to data of local executive bodies and local government bodies.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
