About modification of some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on functioning of languages in the territory of the Republic of Moldova No. 3465/1989 (Sheet of the Supreme Council and Government of the Moldavian SSR, 1989, No. 9, of the Art. 217), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:
1. In Article 29-1 of the word "public body, competent of area of languages (terminology), - the National terminological center." shall be replaced with words "The agency of the state services.".
2. State Article 32 in the following edition:
"Article 32.
Control of compliance with law about functioning of languages in the territory of the Republic of Moldova is exercised by bodies of the central and local public authority.".
Art. II. - In part (5-2) articles 16 of the Law on advertizing No. 1227/1997 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1997, Art. No. 67-68, 555), with subsequent changes and amendments, words "The national terminological center." shall be replaced with words "The agency of the state services.".
Art. III. - Part (7) article 9 of the Law on state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs No. 220/2007 (2007, 711), with subsequent changes and amendments, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 184-187, in the following edition:
"(7) Before registration of the legal entity the body of state registration checks the name regarding applicability, distinctive capability and language correctness.".
Art. IV. - In line item of the 48th Section II of appendix 1 to the Law on regulation of business activity by permission 160/2011 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 170-175, 494), with subsequent changes and amendments, the words "National Terminological Center" shall be replaced with words "The agency of the state services".
