According to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267, to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 9, 2016 No. 862 "About state regulation of the prices of medicines" and for the purpose of enhancement of the mechanism of limiting calculation of wholesale selling prices on medicines on the basis of the reference prices I ORDER:

1. Bring in the limiting Procedure of payments of wholesale selling prices on medicines on the basis of the reference prices approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of December 29, 2016 No. 1423, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 5, 2017 for No. 12/29880, the following changes:

And figures "for treatment of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes of the II type and bronchial asthma" to exclude 1) in Item 2 of the word;

And figures "as of January 01 and on July 01" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 7 of the word "in the first working day of January and July".

2. To management of pharmaceutical activities and quality of pharmaceutical products (Lyaskovsky T. M.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Ilik G. G.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
