About state regulation of the prices of medicines

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Enter since April 1, 2017 state regulation of the prices of medicines which are bought and/or cost of which is compensated for budgetary funds, by establishment of the optovootpuskny prices by the marginal Ministry of Health.

2. Approve the list of the countries, data on the prices of medicines in which are used for establishment of the reference prices, according to appendix.

3. Establish:

that operation of this resolution extends to the finished pharmaceutical products registered in Ukraine which are bought and/or the cost of which is compensated for budgetary funds and which are included in the list of the international unlicensed names of medicines approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 17, 2017 No. 152 "About ensuring availability of medicines" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 26, by the Art. 749), taking into account the changes approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 27, 2019 No. 135, and in the Register of the medicines which are subject to reimbursation, approved by the Ministry of Health (further - medicines);

the paragraph third is excluded;

the paragraph the fourth is excluded;

that requirements of this resolution do not extend to medicines which are bought according to the paragraph to the sixteenth part three of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About public purchases", and medicines which are bought by the state company "Medical Purchases of Ukraine" as the receiver of budgetary funds for accomplishment of programs and implementation of centralized actions for health care.
