Some questions of reimbursation of medicines

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. Determine that:

till March 31, 2019 cost recovery of the medicines allotted according to the recipes which are written out on paper prescription forms at the expense of the subvention from the government budget to local budgets on cost recovery of medicines for treatment of separate diseases provided by the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2019" is (inclusive) performed;

since April 1, 2019 the reimbursation of medicines is performed only according to the electronic recipes which are written out through electronic health care system according to the Procedure for reimbursation of medicines approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 17, 2017 No. 152 "About ensuring availability of medicines" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 26, the Art. 749), taking into account the changes approved by this resolution;

in case of representation by subjects of managing to the managers of budgetary funds determined by decisions on the relevant budgets according to the legislation, reports on the medicines allotted till March 31, 2019 (inclusive) according to the recipes which are written out on paper prescription forms in form according to appendix compensation of their cost it can be performed at the expense of subvention remaining balance from the government budget to local budgets on cost recovery of medicines for treatment of the separate diseases provided by the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2019";
