1. Approve changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective for date of publication, except for the subitem 7) of Item of 3 changes and amendments approved by this resolution which becomes effective from the moment of creation of the conditions necessary for introduction into circulation of the international car driver license, but no later than September 1, 2018.
